Kinga Vineyard

Kinga Vineyard

It is a multigenerational farm established in 1985 in the village of Stara Wieś, near the town of Nowa Sól. The history of the vineyard, located near the Oder River, was drastically changed in 1997 when the worst flood of the century battered Poland. The only alive shrub called “Aurora” that was found after the disaster has become a symbol of revival and hope for the future. Nowadays, it is 20 years old and forms the oldest variety of vine in the Kinga Vineyard.
